Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet. Please note that occasionally the picture may differ slightly from the product.

We will charge your account for payment once your order is processed. The purchase area of our site is secure, this means that we use industry standard SSL technology to allow for the encryption of all sensitive information such as your name, address and especially your credit card details.

Acceptance of order:

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you only exists when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Right to Cancel Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after the date of delivery of the goods.
If your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and the cost of return will be at your expense.
Shipping And Handling Wrong Address Supplied

If you have entered an incorrect address for delivery and your goods are signed for by another party cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.

Any order ABOVE £200.00 (exclusive of VAT) is free delivery. Orders UNDER £200.00 (exclusive of VAT) will be charged £6.00 (exclusive of VAT) delivery cost.


Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Republic of ireland is charged at £25.00 (exclusive of VAT) for orders under £500.00 (Exclusive of VAT) orders over this amount will be free shipping.

Delivery Schedule Delivery:

Orders are normally despatched within 3 to 5 working days on a ‘next working day service’. This may vary depending upon stock situation, weather conditions and order volumes.
We will email you when your order is despatched and you should receive it the next working day. If you have not received it within 7 working days of this email please email us at and we will check the delivery status.

Redelivery Process:

In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, the recipient will be left a card informing them when a redelivery will take place (Monday to Friday) or informing them to contact their local depot to rearrange delivery and the goods will be held at the local depot for up to five working days for the recipient to rearrange delivery.  Failure to rearrange delivery within this timescale will result in the goods being returned back to us and to redeliver the goods there will be  a charge of £15.00 inc VAT.

If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the Delivery Attempted card left by your driver, your order will be returned to us we will then wait for you to contact us before we refund you your money minus the return postage cost (£15.00 inc VAT)
Back Orders Back Orders:

In some cases the items you have ordered may not be in stock but most products come back into stock within 3 to 5 working days. However if it does not come into stock within 5 working days we will give you an option to cancel your order or wait for it to come into stock and we will give you an approximate date. All this will be classed as a BACKORDER and you will be notified as soon as possible.
Tax Charges
As of 01/01/11 UK VAT rate will be 20% which is included in every order with the exception of car seats which are at a 5% VAT rate included in the order.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


All of our products are covered by a minimum 6-month guarantee and depending upon the manufacturer it can be up to four years against fault with manufacture. If a manufacturing fault develops within the 6-month guarantee period, where we can, we will send out spare parts free of charge.

We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault.

If the fault is determined to be of accidental damage, misuse or general wear and tear an administration and handling charge of £25.00 will apply as well as any repair costs if applicable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items Received

If you find a fault with your order and report it within a reasonable time we will either replace the faulty part, faulty item or arrange collection and issue a refund at customers discretion.
In most instances any problem can be easily and quickly resolved by the despatch we will send out parts to you FREE OF CHARGE or ask you to contact the manufacturer who will be able to deal with you directly.
